Tagged bass From MOOREHEAD

Hi Guys
I caught a bass that had a yelloow tag in it's belly.I clipped it and did not pull it out.I have all the information ecxcept for the person or group that I need to send it to.
The last letters on the place or person were (if) along with a post office box number and Moorehead NC zip code.I relesed this bass but would like to get the info on it to the person responsible for the tag.The bass was 26 lbs and about 38 inchs lng
Any help would be appreciated
