From what I've heard, your success is entirely dependent upon your tolerance for fishing in the EEZ and getting chased around by the Coast Guard.

Yeah... we saw some of that on Saturday. VHF Ch 83 was a constant stream of traffic between spotter planes and cutters picking up boats outside the 3-mile line.

temp supposed to drop 20 degrees from high 50's to high 30's low 40's this weekend........

The fleet smoked 'em just south of OI Valentine's Day. Big fish, too- up to 40# class.

Just checked my buddy's report- they released over 100 (one hundred) fish today, many over 30#, all caught on light gear tossing bucktails. Un-freakin-real.

Fished down there on the 17th and 18th...Had a 165 bass on the 1st day...and like 50 on the second...had to cut the second day way short do to the weather! We were about 2 miles off!
