Hatteras Water Temps

Heading down tonight for the week.

Looking for Drum, Big Blues, Trout and of course some stripers of they're around. Made the trip 7 times previously but in the summer. What are the water temps and are their any stripers at OI or the surf yet?

heard there were somr stripers caught around nags head .... it's been blowind pretty hard down there; some beaches are only passable at low . check with the locals before you go out

I'll stop at Hatteras Jack's,Dillon's and see Jimmy at Anglers HQ in Hatteras village. They are a few shops I frequent when I'm down.

Bringing my kayak so that wind sounds scary. May need to leave the yak grounded until the wind dies down.
