Subourbon,is that a lemon with the double dorsil up top,or a sandtiger?? If so,that is a lemon he's a "VERY DANGEROUS CRITTER"! Too bad the hammerheads aren't around like they used to be,then you'd get your string streeched..

Sorry I've been absent- busy shooting ducks at Mattamuskeet. Another limit this morning =)

BB--
I tagged that one for NMFS/Apex. Good eye. I'll probably head out there on Sunday and try to scare up something. Have you seen anything lately?

PM--
The most expensive part of my rig is the hook, an Owner SuperMutu circle tuna 9/0. I'd like to have them back, but I justify it as an 'investment' that pays a hefty dividend. Now those big rays, on the other hand... Let's just say I get those hooks back.

DD--
That's a sandtiger there, all 7.5' of her. When I saw it come up in the first break, I thought "LEMON", but then the spots and tell-tale forehead showed themselves.

Nope, never recovered a shark tag. Never recovered a billfish or tuna tag either, but I'll continue to place them as long as there is a scientific need.

Which end of the world were those bulls at? For this time of year, any chance they were sandbars instead?
