OBX in late October...

Hey guys,

After a one year break, I'll be down in the OBX for two weeks in late October (21st to Nov 2nd). Staying in Avon.

Anyone going to be around or is it to early to call still. It's only 4 weeks away and I'm already counting the days.

Rui,that's my FAVORITE TIME OF THE YR!! It's planker time!!

I'll be stuck to that pier like glue.. I'll be the guy standin there in a trance waitn on his fishn rod to sound off...

Hey DD,

I am planning on fishing OI, the point and northern beaches but I can be tempted out onto the planks should the need arise

. Do you follow the fish or do you have a favorite pier?

I will be there to fish the Red Drum tourney 24-26 of Oct. Has been a good time of the year. good luck.

Rui,we usually fish Avon,wind se,then Rodanthe.. Caught three last yr during F&F tourney,caughtem from the planks(PLANKER TOURNEY AT AVON) though,won second with a 47 and a half incher.. First was 49 I think..

It was a yr when ya could see the school(on top) come through from da planks,I am here ta tellya it was a blast......
