Really stupid question!!!

At school they tell us there is no such thing as a stupid question....so I will ask anyways!!!

Any fish from the beach between Nags Head and Hatteras between mid-February and mid-March????

I have a one month externship I have to do at school next year at that time...and I want to go where the fish are. :

No fish in Feb/March where I'm from at that time (Long Island). :

Goog.....maybe.....depends on what water temsp do. Last winter we had bass almost all winter long We were catchign big drum on ocracoke starting the first week of march this past year. Every year is different though, 2 years ago we couldnt buy a fish after mid december
