So if Wormy got one that means Brian's gonna get two or three if he's gonna keep up the average right?

Nice going Wormy,

Poppy,
Guess what I caught her on??????
Those hooks that you turned me on to!
I rigged em up on about 8" of 100# leader and they worked like a champ.
I'll be back this weekend as well.
We will save a spot for ya.

Wormy, that cobia is one awesome catch!
That must have been a heck of a fight you had on your hands.
70 lbs of muscle WOW.

I had a chance to tangle with one one a friends boat recently when I was in Florida. He saw the cobia follow the 350lb nurse shark he had on up from the deep, so I quickly rigged a spinner with a live sardine, but I may have spokked him with the swivel and it rejected it at the last moment, more tries failed. But I caught a jumbo amberjack anyway.
He was telling me that those Cobia can beat up the boat pretty bad so I can imagine what catching one from shore must have been like.
I bet it really tested your tackle, whatever you were using.

congratulations, you da man.

i hope you had more luck this weekend.
