I'm heading down to the outer banks next week and I wanted to know if I should bring the neoprene waders. My immediate reaction was to leave them here, the water will much warmer then here in Jersey. But I don't want to get stuck with something I didn't bring sitting in the garage at home. So is it a good idea to pack the waders or would I be wasting my time?

Thanks,

J.T.

Leave the neoprene waders at home ; if you have a pair of lightweight or breathable waders they might be nice for late nite or pre-dawn fishing .

Good that's what I was hoping to hear. I don't have a pair of lightweight ones, I'll either go without or pick up a pair while I'm down there.
