I am vacationing in Nags Head the last week of June. Can you guys point me in the right direction for flyfishing. Where to fish, type of flies, and possibly boat rentals. Thanks in advance for your help.

Can't help with the flyfishing part or "where to" in Nags Head, but if you are willing to travel about an hour or so south to Buxton, I can hook up with you and show you a good spot for speckled trout. I will be down there that week and the following one. PM me if you're game......

Try Capt. Marty's there right off the 158 bypass....about Milepost 17 or so, they can lead you to some fly fishing hot spots up that way.
Manns Harbor offers some areas to wade fish too. You can also go behind Bodie Island light, use the access road and fish some of the sound back there. Or, you can hook up with Steve and try some of his spots...  Good luck! B. Myers |
