Rat, no can do its Dad Vail (big rowing race) weekend and i am commited. I think Im done drummin for the spring. I am commited up here every weeekend till the end of the month. I might be able to sneak away the 19th if things are still happening but that a big if. WIll be down every weekend for cobia season though.......4 week season.....gotta get a brown submarine
 Decent bite saturday night, at least until the current dropped out. I had a 41' Joel had a 41' maybe 20 citations taken, a slow pick but good none the less. This north wind shoudl help some, if it kept SW water temsp would be 75 in a couple days. Sorry to hear that you are going to miss such a superb bite.
You have had a good spring at at last have that monkey off of your back. I hope to make a couple of quick trips to target the brown subs but June is usually pretty busy for me with the weddings and all. I already know that the last weekend I will be in Pannama city fishing outa dads boat. Life just has too many choices. See in the past you could take a few months off look at ya now! i'll see you on the beach on saturday, sorry john. trying to bring the family down, so my fishing will be less intense due to the teenagers' need to sleep half the day away. i think we'll take 2 vehicles so that i can sneak away when i want to. john, glad you have another successful trip and i will see you sometime in june for the cobia. until then.... |
