Don't know if anyone saw this posted elsewere:
Frank and Fran were in an automobile accident on Thursday 1-18 in Georgia. They are OK! Frank is doing fine and was treated for minor bumps and bruises. Fran is undergoing reconstructive surgery on her right arm and has a laceration on her head which required a shunt and stitches. Surgery is scheduled for Tomorrow 1-23 . The prognosis sounds good but recovery will take a while. She is at Columbus Medical Center Room 707 in Columbus Ga.

Frank says to please give them some time to recover before looking for them at the shop. Until then Frank Jr. will man the store.

What happened?
Frank and Fran were on their way to visit with Missy & Pat in the Keys. They were on Int 70 when a tractor wheel fell off of a flat bed truck and went under the Tahoe, causing the vehicle to flip. They slid on the roof for some time before coming to a stop against a guard rail. Thanks God a police officer was behind them and they both survived the crash.

Please keep them in your prayers.

Red face

Also saw that both on their website and on Fish Mojo. I was terribly upset, as Fran and I have quite a good repertoire when I am down there in June, she gets her first Avon surf report from me every morning when they open, and one of the first soundside reports for specks, flounder, or crabs around noon time. Always pays me back in kind, some new trial lure or certain hotspot of the day. I wish them both well and a speedy recovery.

Just checked out their site, and Fran underwent 4 1/2 hours of reconstructive surgery yesterday. The Dr. says that the skin grafts have a 50/50 chance of being successful. Really hope all goes well, these are two of the nicest people I've ever met.
