You don't want to participate in Obamacare, you are forced to pay a fine. If you choose not to pay the fine, you go to jail. Or if you don't have "acceptable" insurance, you pay a fine. Of course, the government will decide if it's acceptable. Get someone in there who hates all insurance companies, and guess what? Everyone gets forced to take part in Obamacare or pay the fine. Change
