Default Anyone use the AS Elite Wading Belt?

Looking for a new belt that doesn't "roll." I was considering this one (Elite). The Hunter belt seems to fit the bill too, but supply appears non existant.

Please share your thoughts on the Elite belt. I also welcome other suggestions.

Thanks ,

Bob

I use a stiff nylon gun belt with quick release buckle that I ordered from an online police supply store for like $15. I've had it for 5 seasons now and still going strong. It's very stiff and won't roll over.

the only thing i dont like about the AS or the hunter for that matter is the non adjustability . I like to wear a tight belt for more dangerous situations. but like to slightly loosen it as the situation allows for comfort ( as I am a fat bastard)on the North shore in the sound or standing high and dry. The positive snap buckles are good but I fiind the lever buckle and stiffness of the surfcaster belts are the way to go.

Not connected enough to get a hold of one.

Check out the Bianchi tactical/police belts. I got one this year and it has worked well for me.

I second that, law enforcement duty belts are the way to go, about 1/2 the price of a hunter but basically the same thing. im using one & wouldn't go back to the thin ones, its like night & day

I have an AS belt not sure if it's the elite but it's awesome wading belt. The one I have is heavy nylon about three inches wide adjustable by way of heavy duty Velcro with a foot of contact area on both sides of a snap buckle. Doesn't roll great investment if u do get one get a d-ring to go with.

Blackhawk makes a tactile belt also. Can be found for $20 - $30.

I meant while it was on. You have to take it off and re adjust the velcro whereas with the lever buckle I can just let more belt out
