One thing you guys have to remember is the State Legislature controls what mostly happens in Trenton- and there are not many changes in either house. The dems still hold the advantage in each.

Glad to see Corzine gone. The lesser of two evils won. Things are not going to get much better if at all, but hopefully they will stop getting worse. Christie will have his hands full.

Good luck to him!

Yep - and I vow to continue to scrutinize all three branches (and the 4th and 5th as well) of NJ govt to help save NJ from the brink.

My one fear is that the NJ Machine just got a big financial backer in Corzine. Could be an interesting power struggle b/w corzine, Hudson and Camdem machines.

Yup. good luck to him! If he, like most pols , fails to make an attempt to keep his campaign promises, I will, with my fingers clutching my nose, vote for whomever the Dems run in the next election........enough of this "chicken in every pot crap"!!!

Corzine believed that the electorate existed to serve the government; not the other way around. The moment that he moved to unionize public employees is when I decided that he needed to go. The shame of it is, he'll use his remaining time to advance his progressive agenda. He's worse than a limousine liberal and he can still put some onerous programs on the backs of the people.
